According to the established detailed plan, the maximum permitted construction area for the buildings is 600 m2. It is permitted to build a main building with two auxiliary buildings and ten small houses up to 20 m2 in size on each property.

As the purpose of the land is 80% residential land and 20% commercial land, it gives the opportunity to build a comfortable home in a holistic and scenic living environment and set up a business at the same time.

The starting price for the sale of plots is 15 €/m².
